GPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, FCN2, and NXPE4. Each is linked with GPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS2-to-partner and partner-to-GPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by GPS2-low versus GPS2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
