GPRC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,462 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRC5D-AS1, RSKR, and H4-16. Each is linked with GPRC5D in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5D-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPRC5D versus GPRC5D-AS1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
