GPRC5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GPRC5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5C-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by GPRC5C-low versus GPRC5C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
