Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR87 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR87-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP7, GRIK1-AS1, and EFNA5. Each is linked with GPR87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR87-to-partner and partner-to-GPR87 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR87 versus RBBP7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR87→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
