GPR84

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR84 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR84-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNU4-58P, and EDF1. Each is linked with GPR84 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR84-to-partner and partner-to-GPR84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by GPR84-low versus GPR84-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR84→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
