GPR84

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR84 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR84-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A24, GP9, and ASB17. Each is linked with GPR84 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR84-to-partner and partner-to-GPR84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A24 grouped by GPR84-low versus GPR84-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR84→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
