Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR83 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR83-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PCNA, and eEF2. Each is linked with GPR83 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR83-to-partner and partner-to-GPR83 results are reported.
