GPR68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR68-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, PICALM, and PLEC_S1581. Each is linked with GPR68 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR68-to-partner and partner-to-GPR68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR68 versus THBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR68→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
