Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR68 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,813 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR68-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMTNL2, H3P23, and ASB2. Each is linked with GPR68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR68-to-partner and partner-to-GPR68 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR68 versus SMTNL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR68→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
