Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR68-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1118P, SOCS5P1, and GLRXP2. Each is linked with GPR68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR68-to-partner and partner-to-GPR68 results are reported.
