The most reproducible GPR68-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH2, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with GPR68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR68-to-partner and partner-to-GPR68 results are reported.
