GPR45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 488 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR45-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17F, KHDC3L, and SLC35G4. Each is linked with GPR45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR45-to-partner and partner-to-GPR45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17F grouped by GPR45-low versus GPR45-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR45→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
