GPR35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,122 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS8L3, VIL1, and RPL6. Each is linked with GPR35 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR35-to-partner and partner-to-GPR35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR35 versus EPS8L3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
