Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, IRS1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with GPR35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR35-to-partner and partner-to-GPR35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by GPR35-low versus GPR35-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR35→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
