The most reproducible GPR35-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, OR4N2, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with GPR35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR35-to-partner and partner-to-GPR35 results are reported.
