Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P7, SNRPGP19, and RN7SL835P. Each is linked with GPR20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR20-to-partner and partner-to-GPR20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR20→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
