Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR20 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher GPR20 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, THCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where GPR20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
