Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, POLR2F, and SOX10. Each is linked with GPR17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR17-to-partner and partner-to-GPR17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR17 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR17→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
