Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,431 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Platelet activation, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with GPR17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR17-to-partner and partner-to-GPR17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis grouped by GPR17-low versus GPR17-high in BONE.
