Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, CSHL1, and FATE1. Each is linked with GPR17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR17-to-partner and partner-to-GPR17 results are reported.
