GPR161

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR161 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR161-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, C-Raf, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GPR161 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR161-to-partner and partner-to-GPR161 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by GPR161-low versus GPR161-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR161→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR161) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
