Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR161 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR161-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12D, C16orf82, and GAGE12C. Each is linked with GPR161 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR161-to-partner and partner-to-GPR161 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12D grouped by GPR161-low versus GPR161-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR161→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR161) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
