Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR152 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR152-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, HNRNPCL4, and FAM205C. Each is linked with GPR152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR152-to-partner and partner-to-GPR152 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by GPR152-low versus GPR152-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR152→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
