Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR152 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR152 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher GPR152 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and SKCM show a favorable association.

LGG, COAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where GPR152 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
