GPR149

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR149 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR149-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR62, PSMC3IP, and CCDC43. Each is linked with GPR149 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR149-to-partner and partner-to-GPR149 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 grouped by GPR149-low versus GPR149-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR149→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR149) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
