GPR149

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR149 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR149-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, HDLBP, and PRPSAP2. Each is linked with GPR149 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR149-to-partner and partner-to-GPR149 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by GPR149-low versus GPR149-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR149→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR149) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
