Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR142 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR142-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and INPP4B. Each is linked with GPR142 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR142-to-partner and partner-to-GPR142 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by GPR142-low versus GPR142-high in UCEC.
