Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR142 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR142 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GPR142 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR142 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCS show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where GPR142 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
