Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR142 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR142-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDHA2, AVP, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with GPR142 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR142-to-partner and partner-to-GPR142 results are reported.
