Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR137C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,931 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR137C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, Regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with GPR137C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR137C-to-partner and partner-to-GPR137C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation grouped by GPR137C-low versus GPR137C-high in BREAST.
