Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR137C RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR137C data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher GPR137C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR137C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and GBM show a favorable association.
ACC, UVM, and MESO are the cancer types where GPR137C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
