GPR1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,573 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR1-AS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Positive regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with GPR1-AS in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-GPR1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA metabolic process grouped by GPR1-AS-low versus GPR1-AS-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
