Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR1-AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPR1-AS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher GPR1-AS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR1-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

THYM, KICH, and KIRC are the cancer types where GPR1-AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
