GPM6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPM6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,877 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPM6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRR1, SNRPD1, and RDH11. Each is linked with GPM6A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPM6A-to-partner and partner-to-GPM6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRR1 grouped by GPM6A-low versus GPM6A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPM6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPM6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
