GPIHBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPIHBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPIHBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF1P5, RN7SKP282, and MIR5583-1. Each is linked with GPIHBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPIHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPIHBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF1P5 grouped by GPIHBP1-low versus GPIHBP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPIHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPIHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
