GPHA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPHA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-365P, RBPJP7, and LRRC57P1. Each is linked with GPHA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHA2-to-partner and partner-to-GPHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-365P grouped by GPHA2-low versus GPHA2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
