GPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,722 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASE1, RPL21, and RPL3. Each is linked with GPC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC4-to-partner and partner-to-GPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPC4 versus RNASE1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
