GPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,878 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2_S363, TLN1_S2040, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with GPC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC3-to-partner and partner-to-GPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPC3 versus SYNPO2_S363 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
