GPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, SNAPC5, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with GPC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC3-to-partner and partner-to-GPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGXB4 grouped by GPC3-low versus GPC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
