GPBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO3-AS1, NCOR1P4, and SNORD116-16. Each is linked with GPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANO3-AS1 grouped by GPBP1-low versus GPBP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
