GPATCH8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,875 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, MBTD1, and KIF14. Each is linked with GPATCH8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH8-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
