GPATCH2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GPATCH2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH2L-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by GPATCH2L-low versus GPATCH2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
