GPATCH11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, PRCC, and CCDC138. Each is linked with GPATCH11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH11-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 versus OIP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
