GPALPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPALPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPALPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-82P, GTF2IP2, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with GPALPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPALPP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPALPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-82P grouped by GPALPP1-low versus GPALPP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPALPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPALPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
