Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K1, MIR185, and TTTY2. Each is linked with GP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP9-to-partner and partner-to-GP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52K1 grouped by GP9-low versus GP9-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
