GP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINK9, VN1R2, and OR6B3. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINK9 grouped by GP2-low versus GP2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
