GOT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, AP1G1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with GOT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOT2-to-partner and partner-to-GOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOT2 versus CIAPIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
