GOSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02189, FSCB, and RNU6-451P. Each is linked with GOSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOSR2-to-partner and partner-to-GOSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02189 grouped by GOSR2-low versus GOSR2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
