GON7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GON7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GON7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P2, SNORD82, and RN7SKP230. Each is linked with GON7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GON7-to-partner and partner-to-GON7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P2 grouped by GON7-low versus GON7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GON7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GON7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
