GOLT1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,338 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RECQL, DNM1L, and AK3. Each is linked with GOLT1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1B-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLT1B versus RECQL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
